Unique Public Library Off-Shoulder Top

This top is really unique. The cool design can be dressed up or down. The wide neckline allows the shirt to subtly slip off one shoulder without being so wide that you need to tug at it. The sleeves are slightly belled and have three tiers that create texture. Comfy cotton, easy to wear, and in perfect condition aside from the tiniest spot of discoloration (pictured) that none of my friends have been able to see.
