This is a unique designer print tunic top / mini dress. No tags, but this is a stretch fabric in black with tulle trim. Item slips on over-the-head. Approximate unstretched measurements are 32” at bust, 30” at waist, 27” in length at shortest points of hem, 38” at longest points of hem. Lower portion of front is sheer and unlined. Excellent condition.
