This is more than just a sleeve. I have a different one of another design, same brand and love it. The laptop sleeve is more of a bag. It is spacious, padded, and has a snap closure to keep handles secured together. The outside measures approx 12.5” wide and approx 9.5” tall. (Rectangle). My 12.9” iPad fits in fine WITH the ipad’s keyboard pad cover. It also has a nice pocket. Water resistant and if sprayed with something like campguard by KIWI it could endure more elements and keep your equipment super safe. It is also padded. However just for cushioning not for actual rated drop protection. Color is as shown in pics. Zipper is fully functional & snaps on handle are too!
