Unique Black & white form fitting prom dress

Gorgeous mermaid esque form fitting dress. Black satiny material with unique white ribbons forming intricate and pretty designs! Also sprinkled with sewn on little clear beads that catch the light and shimmer! Stunning dress, it won "most unique" dress at my prom back in the day (hence the "Oscar" I'm holding in my hand). Marked as a size 4 though I think it would best fit a size 0-2 XS. I will happily provide additional details and measurements :)
