White House Black Market long tunic blouse: 70% cotton, 30% silk, with nylon trim; unique fabric/metal buttons; tapered at waist; Flat measurements: chest: 20", shoulder to hem: 30", sleeve: 26"; very good condition; elastic at wrist is stretched out. This item is wearable and has normal, but minor, signs of age and use. I did not notice any other obvious flaws or holes.
