Unique & Beautiful Tassel Trim Blouse

Absolutely love this top, but it’s too small now. Ordered from a boutique and I love the style on the arms. The sleeves tie at the top and they have a small floral, cloth piece that fits over the lower portion of the arms. There are tassels at the waist as well. Size Medium.
