@always_goodbuys I don't know what it looked originally, but I got it like that.
I think it's the fabric type when washed. I wonder if it gets ironed or steamed then it would have a different look.

@always_goodbuys I have similar looks like that due to the material. It reminds me of either twill, 100% cotton, linen or similar to utility jackets. I have them in navy blue, khaki, tan and even black (twill pants especially)
