Uniform Style Men's Pants Vintage

This is a pair of uniform style pants. There is only a care tag in the so not sure who made them. They have a coat type snap instead of a button, odd but cool. No size tags but it is about 18 1/2 wide flat and 241/2 at the inseam. They are in nice shape.
