mystiquemorgana @bluejeanb4by The insoles aren't too bad--they're indented where the heel would be. It isn't absolutely necessary to get insole inserts, just an option to improve the condition. I purchased these second-hand, so I'm not sure how often the previous owner wore them, but I only wore them a handful of times. Still have tons of life left for sure!
