Unicorn Perfection!

Why this dress makes me think of unicorns, I don't know. Unique, two piece, maxi dress with no tags or labels, possibly homemade. Dress is a lovely hot pink in a satiny, kind of material not see through and definitely not something you'd want to sleep in. Sheer overly is a vibrant rainbow of colors in the shades of pink, blue, purple, and orange with a single tie closure at the neck. Both dress and overlay have 3/4 length, wide (not quite bell) sleeves. Dress zips fully up the back just not fully zipped in photo. Measurements (in inches) taken while lying flat .
