piranhawench I don’t even know if I want to sell. It was soo sporadic, it didn’t pay for me trying to keep all the stuff I was selling, boxes & mailing stuff I’d collected after buying for soo long, plus what I bought. I don’t have a dedicated space for anything. I’d have to search for everything. I always sent packages out the same or next day. Just don’t know if I’m even interested in that.

piranhawench I’ve had cancer on my tongue & treatments, it’s all gone. Now I have a lump in my breast I have to go back for another type mammogram. I’m having shoulder replacement surgery the 20th of this month. Don’t know if I can get to my doctor to have him officially tell me what my results are, so he can send me back for the other mammogram before surgery.

piranhawench Then it’ll be at least 6 weeks with my arm wrapped up. Healing time after that I don’t know. Then get the mammogram & see what’s wrong there. Could be nothing. Soo selling stuff is the last thing on my mind.

piranhawench Our roommate put in tile in our whole house & it looks great. But to do that, he & his friend boxed up a lot of our stuff. He moved stuff from one spot to another to tile. Pain in the butt I’m sure! They did most of this while we were out of town last time we went to see my family for over a month. He’s finished the last little bits the last month or soo. Soo I have a house that looks like we just moved in, or something. I also am a pack rat soo I have extra stuff sitting around.

piranhawench Like you, I think I might just make earrings if I do anything. I used to buy glass beads & see beads at yard sales years ago for almost nothing. I bought a bunch of stuff from someone on Poshmark a couple years ago. I haven’t priced beads, but I imagine they’ve gone up as lot. I need to get some better wire though. I do have some stuff to use., and I’d need to get ear wires. I have old ones that are just wire, not staining or anything.

I sincerely hope that shoulder surgery will go well for you with a quick recovery time, and that that lump is nothing. Just getting a little older, a little bit crankier and crotchet-ier. Because I'm dealing with that myself. That's one of the nice things about getting older. You worry less about what people think about you. Isn't that the truth? Keeping my thumb squished for you!!!

sabines_goodies @piranhawench Do one thing at a time, and I think for the next couple of weeks, you should take that time for yourself. For healing, for resting, for recovering, physical therapy, whatever you need. Just give yourself some self-love and focus on getting better and being well. Getting older sucks, but getting older and being physically miserable? That's just too much. So you take care of yourself and let the other stuff wait. It will still be there afterwards.
