Understanding the Rating System

Please consider the following criteria when rating a seller: • Is item clean? • Is item as described in listing? • Was item packaged in such a way as to avoid damage? • Was item sent in a timely manner? • Were questions asked answered by the seller? If so, it deserves 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Please do not give a low rating for the following reasons: • Item doesn't fit you • You don't like it • Item wasn't wrapped in a pretty way • Seller didn't include a free gift. *Thanks to @kjoyhm for posting this
