The size on the garment says 2XL. However, the approximate flat measurements are 19" bust, 17" waist and 24" from the waist line to the hem of the pink fabric. There is little to no give in those measurements. Zipper in back. Fit and flare design. Netting over skirt is not tacked down except at the waist. Off the shoulder design. Smoke free/Dog friendly home.
