Unbranded bathing suit top or bandeau

It could be worn as a bathing suit top or a bandeau, has no size but fits like a large or maybe an a extra large. Measurements without stretch: pit to pit 17”, top of shoulder to bottom of hem is 10”, strap drop from top of shoulder is 3”, middle front to bottom of hem is 5”.
