Unbranded Swiss Made Gold Tone Floral Ladies Watch Not Working

Tried a new battery and it didnt work. Thats all the trouble shooting I did. Beautiful gold tone dial with hydrangea flowers etched art. Swiss made at the bottom of the watch. Band could be in better condition its a maroon color Im guessing the original band. Sold as is
