Unbranded Ceramic Clown

Brand: Unknown, potentially Price Products? Style: Ceramic, Clown decor, strange Size: Approx 6 inches tall Additional Notes: This is unbranded, but from searching around, it appears this may be from a collection from Price Products. There is a small stain (I think it's glue) that I've scrubbed most of it off, but I'm afraid to take any paint with it if I scrub any more.
