carlyont478 @mcoco0403 I’m so confused. I’ve emailed support but they’ve sent an automated email saying it could take up to 2 days to hear back. I am unsure what to do at this point other than maybe allowing it maybe overnight to load and hopefully it’ll appear tomorrow? I’m so sorry for all this hassle. This has never happened before.
