S-Pit to pit approx 19.5 inches, inseam at 26 inches, and waistband at 15 inches. M-Pit to pit approx 21 inches, inseam at 28 inches, and waistband at 16 inches. L-Pit to pit approx 21.5 inches, inseam at 28 inches, and waistband at 17 inches. Soft with superior stretch.
