Ultramarine Blue Maxi Dress with Cutout Back

I found this dress at a boutique in Florida. It was the only one like it - never seen a dress fit like this. It cinches up the rear, making your butt look amazing and shows off your back. The front tends to slide down unless you're more busy. I wore it with a bandeau bra. Only worn 3 times, but I've carried it with me for years. The skirt is long - covers my ankles and I'm 5' 11". The shirt flares out and moves beautifully. Material is really soft and stretchy, 95% rayon and 5% spandex.
