Hi Sabrina. I’m not sure if you’re aware but this isn’t an authentic Coach bag. I see you’re not new to selling. If you put the picture of the tag in google image search ask if it’s real or fake it will tell you. If someone on here sold it to you, you can get a refund probably. ❤️😇
