Rare piece crafted under license - Louis Vuitton collaborated with a luxury American luggage manufacturer - French Company of California - to assist with keeping up with the high demand for LV pieces in the US market! This was in a time period of the 1970's through the 1990's. Pieces were often available at an exclusive counter in Saks Fifth Avenue and Neimans. Absolutely AUTHENTIC. Great size for a weekend away and will look stylish in the car seat next to you on your arm in the airport. 17 x 17 x 11" approx. All presents fabulous for being over 50 "years young". The LV Monogram Canvas is always so recognizable and it shows nicely. Leather presents well also. The rolled leather handles are strong and feel great in your hand. Inside lined in brown textile.
