Pretty sure the hem has been altered. I think this is why there is no care and size tag. They may still be attached under the new hem. It still falls below my knees and I'm 5'5". I'm sure the new hem could be taken out if you choose to do that. It's such a beautiful dress and needs to be worn. I've included the Ulla Johnson size conversion chart in the pictures. In my opinion, this dress is closer to a size 4. Please refer to measurements provided to ensure fit for you. Also, keep in mind that the dress is 100% cotton and has not stretch.
