alwaysstaysharp @lilmissvic hi! I hope this makes sense: The dress has a very loose, flowy construction. The pit to pit laying flat (relaxed) is about 19”, but can be pulled tight all the way up to 22”. The waist a tie-cinch, but completely loose it’s about 21”. Hope this helps!
