Ui Maikai Hawaiian Shift Dress Tag Size L Bold Tropical Hibiscus Print 1960s

Vintage Ui Maikai shift dress made in Hawaii. It is sleeveless and closes with a zipper at the back. Size tag is faded and frayed. Based on measurements below, it appears to be a women's medium to large. Fabric is a bright, unfaded polished cotton. Original owner must've rehemmed it as it has a 3 1/2" hem which could be removed to give it added length. Original hem is intact. MEASUREMENTS (taken flat): - Underarm to underarm: 22“ - Length: 39” Condition: There are a couple small white spots of soiling on the left front, as shown. The side slits are showing some stress at the seams. One side has pulled apart aprox. 1/2-inch, and is showing some fraying as shown.
