Hi, what would say the overall condition is? Also would you say they run tts? I'm a true 9.t but don't come in half sizes id either be a 10 or a 9. TY

@floridapink77 I would say good used condition as pictured. They are true to size. The only issue I had is I have really high arches and were the seam ran across the top was a little uncomfortable for me. I'm not sure if everyone would jave that issue.
