USS Potomac watch cap, Navy blue and gold knit cap, 100% acrylic

USS Potomac sailor watch cap. Navy blue with gold tone lettering. Ribbed, 100% Acrylic by Port and Company. One size and in like new condition. Great for a boating or Naval enthusiast. The USS Potomac was the presidential yacht for FDR in service from 1936-1945. Originally built in 1934 as a Coast Guard Cutter, the US Navy commissioned the vessel and it was refitted in Norfolk Navy Yard. After service the vessel went back to the Coast Guard, served as a ferry, was briefly owned by Elvis Presley and several others before its current restoration and National Historic Landmark status. Currently owned by a non-profit, docked in the Port of Oakland, CA.
