All we ask is to please just be patient & understanding as we are working very hard. Large processing plants have been shut down for sanitizing & the smaller ones are not equipped to handle the mass volume they receiving. Please keep this in mind & your patience is needed. recycledinertia @lilo201161 Yes of course...I feel like some buyers don’t understand that we have no control over the packages once we drop them off. And the USPS is incredibly overwhelmed. Feel free to use the pics/wording as I think the more people are educated maybe the less upset they’ll be!

bhannon535 This is awesome! I’ve had so many shipping problems as my mail goes through Detroit & they have had 5 postal workers die from Covid so they are short-staffed.

jjf1 You’re absolutely correct about the post office. My husband is a rural mail carrier and he delivers over 300 packages a day, plus the mail and other items that comes in. They are over worked. No one wants to work. They think that a mail carrier’s job is easy. When you’re doing over 100 miles a day and you must remember where everyone packages and mail goes, it’s not an easy job. My husband got a day off finally after working several months straight. They have no substitutes.
