Approximately 20" armpit to armpit and 23.5" neckline to hem flat measurements. I don't know if the three lines on the sleeve were supposed to be reflective but they don't seem to be. Zips all the way up in front. Zipper closure pocket. Size S. Used. No rips, tears or stains. Smoke free/Dog friendly home
