U.S. Navy Builder with “Cullen D.L.” Victor Style Diner Mug Vintage item, cool and eclectic mug. At one time belonged to “Cullen D.L.” and written in gold on the back. (see pictures.) US Navy Builder Rating Badge, possibly Petty Officer First Class ranking but that is a guess. Stamped with Homer Laughlin Best China USA, E.F. Pottery Art Studio Killam Avenue Norfolk, VA This is a very heavy restaurant diner style mug. Cream in color. Roughly 3 1/2 inches tall by 3 1/2 inches in diameter. Normal wear on the bottom of the mug. Clean and no chips, or cracks and is age appropriate. Hand wash-do not place in dishwasher. Vintage item sold as is. Thank you for stopping by.
