US Coast and Geodetic Survey Plates Saucers

This vintage set of restaurant china was probably from the Captains or Officers mess hall. The US Coast and Geodetic Survey became NOAA in 1970. These were made by Mayer China which later became Shenango. There’s a brief history of the US Coast and Geodetic Survey and The Mayer China Co in the pics of interested. Plates are in excellent condition.
