U.S. Capitol Building Sterling Charm

In EUC, here is a sterling silver charm for a bracelet, or pendant for a necklace, of the U.S. Capitol/United States Capitol Building. The charm is approximately 5/8" wide and would dangle about 3/4" in length. The charm is stamped "PPJ STER," "STER" being for sterling silver, and PPJ is the wordmark. In looking up trademarks, I *think* this was made by the Canadian company Nuco Jewelry Products, Inc. (originally based in Ontario, now in New Brunswick). It was a registered trademark in the U.S. from 1987-2007, so this may help to date the charm (see last photo). The trademark is still active in Canada, and may be found in Canada's trademark database.
