These are the US Army Male Officer & NCO ASU Trousers. They are the premium fabric (Elastique) These barely worn trousers are a 34R waist 30 inch length. However, about 3 inches of fabric remain at the waist and trousers to let out if you need them longer. I am 5' 9" tall and weigh 185 lbs, so the trousers will be a good fit if you're around my size.
