URU red delicate silk tiered long sleeve blouse with button detail size small

This blouse is just lovely in wonderful condition. It has the slightest snag on on arm which is not noticeable unless your looking for it. I love the little buttons on the sleeve’s which have to button holes to shorter the sleeves and give it a gathered effect when used. See photos for measurements. The size tag is missing but I’m assuming it’s a small based on the measurements
