Ladies Ursula of Switzerland formal long skirt and top. Color is periwinkle, size is 8. Top has long open sleeves with three teardrop beads on each sleeve. Body of top has 3 layers, sleeves are one sheer layer. Skirt also has three layers, top layer is split into 4 sheer panels, waist is elastic. Fabric content is 100% Polyester. Size is 8, here are the measurements: skirt length is 40", skirt elastic waist is 28", top length is 23 1/2", sleeves 24", chest lying flat is 17 1/2", shoulders across back is 16". foxterluv @regs10 I have added a photo of the neckline. For some reason I have trouble with Poshmark cutting off the tops of some of my pictures. It is not a dress. It is a skirt and top, measurements are listed in the description.
