UO sweetheart neck fit & flare strapless sundress

Good used condition; one of the elastic bands in the back smocked part is broken but this doesn’t affect how it fits or anything (shown in photos) It used to have spaghetti straps but I cut them off to make it strapless, you can’t tell unless you look at it inside out though!
