UO Urban Renewal Vintage Oversized Overdyed Surplus Jacket One Size

Ordered from Urban outfitters. NWT never worn. There is no size label but I found the order and it just says one size. I feel like there is suppose to be a belt but I don’t see one in the picture and if it did I don’t know where it is. Laying flat armpit to armpit is approx 24” Thank you for looking!
