UO Skater Pants / Worker Pants

Urban Outfitter burnt orange skater pants/worker pants. 100% Cotton. Sewn in cuff at the bottom hem of the pants. Size “Small-average” but as a person who is a small, these pants are not a small whatsoever. They’re more like a medium, maybe even a large. The pants are small length wise but the waist is as wide as the pants so maybe they’re supposed to be mens even though i bought them from the womens section? idk just trying to be transparent.
