UO Rae Lace-Up Mini Skirt, Unreleased Color (Orange)

Purchased from a sample sale, so found this mini skirt in an unreleased color. Size not marked but appears to be a size 4 or 6. Fabric has black spots. Lace up front. Some slight neon green (appears to be fabric paint??) on the lace up, barely noticeable but wanted to mention it — shown in last photo. Thick fabric.
