UO Pastel Blue/White Patterned Open Back Dress

Worn Once/In Excellent Condition - and in need of ironing😝 Size 4 but fits more like a 0-2. Not much stretch to it so it might be too small for a true 4. Super sweet/cute dress that’s still sexy. Slight halter that ties in the back to add a special touch💗
