jillogical @newerathreads There is definitely some stretch to it, but just not sure how comfortably it'd stretch to 17". I'll try to take a picture later today showing it stretched with the measuring tape.

jillogical @newerathreads it does have quite a bit of stretch, but it was a little tough to keep it stretched like that. So just not sure how comfortable it'd feel like that.
