On screen you will see us holding an item and out load saying a corresponding number. Example: I’m holding a Charlotte Tilbury blush, I would then say #56. Your order under purchases will then have that corresponding number. All sales are final and we do not do any cancellations or returns. - all skin, beauty and hair care HAVE NEVER BEEN USED!! This is completely normal and does not reflect the product’s freshness or quality. We may sell a discontinued item, but that does not mean that it is expired. Batch codes are internal tracking numbers used by manufacturers for quality assurance and inventory management.
