UNIQUE Art Piece Made of Ceramic and Glass

This unique ceramic piece of art (sculpture?) with a sandy textured body has a surprise opening lid. Look seamless when closed. Inside bottom and the top knob is crackled blue glass. When closed, you cannot see the opening lines. Amazing craftsmanship! Bottom is signed by the artist, but I cannot make out the name. Size is approximately 3.75” tall with diameter of 3.125”.
