Relaxed fit, measures about 15" pit to pit, 13.5" across the waist, and 30" shoulder to hem. Could fit a small, go by your personal measurements to be safe. Only minor flaw is that the care tag is completely faded which is common after dry cleaning. Per the Dolls Kill website material is 100% Polyester. Smoke free home but we do have cats.
