Hey girl! I didn’t want to comment in the other show but I saw your question and wanted to let you know I also have had this issue. If you open a claim with posh and explain the issue of the ripped pocket not being shown in the live, they will usually issue you a credit. It could help with getting it fixed! Just an idea. 🫶
