UGGS Brown Boots size 9

Shoe sole measures at 11 inches and the inside measures 10 in .The size tag was torn out inside. i think after researching it on zappos, those measurements show it would be a size 9, but please double check and make sure. The boots are in great condition. The only issue is is that the zipper is broken on one of the boots
