calf measurement?

@am1472376 I'm not exactly sure how to determine the calf measurement... I added two pictures and you can see there's a little variation, the widest part being about 16 inches.

This is the outside measurement and does not account for the lining. In my experience, I would not consider it a snug fit for average sized calves. I often wore them over pants and they were a cozy fit.
