You shipped the boots using a pre taped Amazon box and you did not reinforce the bottom, so it arrived partially opened. One of the boots has a deep scratch right on the top of the foot. You didn’t mention scratches in your description, so I don’t know if it happened during transport.

Oh I am so sorry about that the package came apart. Is there anything I could do make this right I’m so sorry that that happened. Did you contact posh to see if there could be a refund I’d be happy to take the boots back, I sure liked them.
