Received these as a gift for my daughter for Christmas but they were too small. She threw away box and had me cut out the tag so I’m not sure exactly on the size. We just reordered her a size 3 which fit and have a little room to grow. She’s currently wearing a 2 though in other shoes so I think they run a little small. Maybe better for size 1-1.5? Just guessing on the size. I added a pic of measurements to help. Never worn and sold out everywhere.
