You can see how to do it online I have done it many times. Original seller said they were only worn once My daughter bought the higher ones so didn’t wear these These are gorgeous boots for the price. Boots were hardly worn as you can see by bottoms etc. Just needs cleaned to remi Smoke free. No box.ve the water spots near bottom
