@karaokeannie you know when I bought them off Poshmark, they didn’t come with insoles. It’s hard to tell from the photos, but the one photos shows the inside of the boot. You can get replacement brand new fluffy Ugg insoles online (Ugg, Zappos, etc.) for $20, which I didn’t mind given the price, but they were just so big on me I couldn’t even wear them, so I never bought the insoles.
